Our maternal mental health peer support group celebrated Christmas with creativity, conversation, and community. 🎅🏻

Grateful for every mammy who joined us to make something beautiful…inside and out. ❤️🎄

A massive thank you to who very kindly donated two beautiful platters of sandwiches for us all to enjoy…they were so good we tucked straight in without even taking a photo 😅

Looking forward to seeing everyone in the new year for our next session 💗

✨Sunday Night Reminders As We Approach The Christmas Season✨

✨ You don’t have to create a “perfect Christmas.”
Your presence matters more than perfect plans. Slow, simple, and heartfelt moments are more than enough.

✨ Your energy is a limited resource…protect it.
Say no when you need to. Leave space for rest and quiet. A calmer mammy creates a calmer season.

✨Your children will remember how Christmas felt, not how much you did.
Warm hugs, cosy evenings, singing together…these become the memories, not the to-do list.

✨You’re allowed to enjoy this season, too.
Find small pockets of joy just for you: a festive drink, a peaceful walk, a favourite film. You matter!

✨Rest tonight, knowing you’re doing your best.
You’re carrying a lot…mentally, emotionally, physically. Give yourself credit and compassion as the holiday pace picks up.
