✨Prenatal Yoga and Mindfulness✨

I am so grateful to have spent the later part of 2025 completing my 100hr Prenatal Yoga and Mindfulness Training with the amazing and .vera 🤰🏻

This training came at a really chaotic time and it taught me more than I ever could have imagined ✨

I was surrounded by the most beautiful, empowering and supportive ladies each week who carried me through the 3 months of the course ❤️

I am looking forward to having the privilege to share this wonderful training and journey with some of you very soon ✨
