It is with deepest regret that we announce the sad passing of Mary McLaughlin (née O'Hagan) from 29 Junction Road, Randalstown, on Wednesday 12th November 2025, peacefully in Hospital.

Beloved wife of Kevin and much loved mother of Deirdre (McIvor) and Nuala, mother-in-law to Philip and adoring granny to Sineád (Morren) and Malachy, loving sister to Angela, Ita, Teresa, Carl, Eugene and the late Francis.

House strictly private

Mary's wake will be in Marrion's Funeral Home on Thursday between 3pm - 9pm, when everyone will be made welcome to pay their respects.

Mary’s remains will be removed from Marrion’s Funeral Home, 12a Main Street, Randalstown on Friday at 9.30am to St. MacNissi’s Church, Randalstown for 10.00am Requiem Mass. Interment immediately afterwards in adjoining cemetery. The funeral may also be viewed on the parish we**am on www.mcn.live

Deeply regretted by her sorrowing husband, daughters, son-in-law, brothers, sisters, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, grandchildren, nephew, nieces and wider family circle.

A letter of acknowledgement and appreciation from the family of the late John (Sean) Lynn(Randalstown and formerly of Moneyrod, Toome).

The family of the late Sean Lynn R.I.P, wish to express our sincere gratitude and heartfelt thanks to everyone who sympathised and supported us in our recent bereavement. We are deeply grateful to our relatives, friends and neighbours' who called at the wake, sent Mass cards, posted online tributes, brought food or attended the funeral, especially those who travelled long distances to offer comfort and support.

Special thanks to Father James O'Reilly for celebrating Sean’s Funeral Mass enhanced by the lovely music by Siobhan Flanagan.

Sincere thanks to Marrion’s Funeral Directors for their professionalism, compassionate and respectful handling of all the funeral arrangements at this difficult time.

It is with the deepest regret that we announce the sad passing of Phelim Mallon from Tannaghmore/Randalstown and formerly The Loup, on Wednesday 22nd October 2025, peacefully in hospital surrounded by his loving family. Devoted Husband of Teresa(née Heffron), loving father figure to Rozelle and doting grandfather to Alyze and Andrew. Son of the late Tommy and Ellen, dear brother to Francis(Sheena), Noel, Paul(Úna), Adrian(Joanne), Damian(Bernie) and Anita(Philip O’Hagan). Brother-in-law to Patsy, Seamus, Raymond, Damian, Brendan and the late Brian and Shaun
Phelim’s wake will commence today Thursday at 7.30pm to 10.00pm and on Friday from 12.00noon to 9.00pm.
His remains will be removed from his late residence 95 Craigstown Road, Randalstown on Saturday 25th October at 10.20am to St. Comgall’s Church, Antrim for 11.00am Requiem Mass, interment immediately afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

A letter of acknowledgement and appreciation from the family of the late Rita Gribben (Randalstown).


Rita’s family wish to express their sincere gratitude and heartfelt thanks to everyone who sympathised and supported them in their recent bereavement. They are deeply grateful to their relatives, friends and neighbours who called to the family home, helped at the wake, brought food, sent Mass or Sympathy cards, posted online tributes, attended and/or watched the funeral Mass on-line, especially those who travelled long distances to offer comfort and support.

Sincere thanks to the staff the Causeway Hospital, Coleraine for the great care and respect provided to Rita in her final days. Thanks to Father Damien McCaughan for his spiritual support at the Causeway Hospital.

Special thanks to Canon John Forsythe for his spiritual support, guidance, pastoral care and for celebrating Rita’s Requiem Mass. Thanks for the lovely music by Siobhan Flanagan and to all the Parish volunteers at St. Mac Nissi’s. Thanks to the Parish Centre for hosting the refreshments after Rita’s funeral and to Grainne and the team who provided the catering.

A letter of acknowledgement and appreciation from the family of the late Brian Heffron(Tannaghmore/Randalstown).

We the family of the late Brian Heffron R.I.P, wish to express our sincere gratitude and heartfelt thanks to everyone who sympathised and supported us in our recent bereavement. We are deeply grateful to our relatives, friends and neighbours who called at our home, helped at the wake, sent Mass cards, posted online tributes or attended the funeral, especially those who travelled long distances to offer comfort and support.

We also would like to sincerely thank all the First Responders, Paramedics and our neighbours who attended to Brian during his final moments. We as a family are forever grateful.

Special thanks to Canon John Forsythe who also attended Brian in his final moments and also our own Father John Gilmore both for concelebrating Brian’s Funeral Mass enhanced by the lovely music by The Gribbin Girls.
