Hello, I'm Sharon, welcome to my working world! Year 3 of being a clinical hypnotherapist working from my Tonic cabin west of Edinburgh and working with online clients all over the world.
Each day is different. Yesterday was a good mix:

1. Early start for for someone who is now having an occasional maintenance session as hes been experiencing good results and wants to keep them up.

2. A client who tried a facial/hypno session last month and was back for another.

3. Early evening, another face 2 face with someone who previously tried hypnotherapy but "Didn't gel with her". This can happen, so its useful to take advantage of my free online consultation before you take the plunge.

Procrastination is my default, but as I know this mindset can be helped with small changes plus visualising + focusing on the feeling I get once I've completed what I've been avoiding.
I've set my day up so I reward myself with breaks by doing something else I enjoy.
On a smaller scale I like to do this with other tasks I find B O R I N G but necessary!
How about you, any top tips out there?

PART ONE: There are many things hypnotherapy can help you with so I'm thinking of doing a few reels with "stuff" I've worked with clients on.

Oh, and my client got the job! Even if they hadn't they said "It would've been worth it still as I no longer was awake the nights prior and felt fear taking over for hours" !
