It might seem like a strange combo but it works!
The massage is a combination of techniques I've picked up along the years in the beauty industry The face, neck and shoulders all benefit from lymphatic drainage techniques.

We can discuss and decide whats a good idea to work on for the maximum benefits of your hypnois, this part is straight afterwards whilst you're still enjoying my heated recliner.

I'm ready to heavily bet that we all have things we put off because of fear. If its currently holding you back then just know that hypnotherapy is a great tool to help with this type of anxiety.

Recently I've worked with people facing :
Fear of rejection.
Fear of moving country.
Fear of a new job and lifestyle.

Fear keeps us safe but often that can be unhelpful. Working through these thoughts and emotions when you're hypnotised is useful because the judgey critical part of your mind is quietened

I currently charge £208 for x4 sessions which should be done close together. Some of my clients choose to continue as they see and feel the impact hypnotherapy is having on them.
I wonder what change you'll make.

I offer online sessions for a calmer, more content you. Having a minimum of x4 close together where each one is designed to work on how you are feeling and what you'd like to achieve can make such a big impact on your life.
The course currently costs £208.Some clients choose to continue, others find that x4 is enough to make the shift they needed, and many choose to have a maintenance session. Everyone is different.

Its one of the misunderstood therapies, surrounded by worry and fear about losing control. When, in fact, many of my clients tell me its the most relaxed they've felt in a long time.
