So What is reiki healing?

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a gentle, holistic energy healing practice that promotes balance, relaxation, and natural healing. Originating from Japan, the word Rei means ‘universal,’ and Ki means ‘life energy’.

A Reiki practitioner channels healing energy through their hands to the client’s body, either by light touch or hovering just above the body. This energy helps to:

🔹 Support physical healing
🔹 Restore energy balance

It’s not tied to any religion, and you don’t need to believe in it for it to work — just an open mind and a willingness to relax.
