Balance and Serenity offer a safe and calming space for teens too. In a world that can feel overwhelming for our younger generation it's important for them to take a step back and have some self-care too. From glowing skin to soothing massage, treatments can help their overall wellbeing on a physical, emotional and mental level.

I have an enhanced DBS check. Treatments are tailored for children aged 11 - 17. Parents/carers will be required to fill in the required paperwork and be present throughout the treatment.
