After a long absence it was good to come back There were some well organised covid related restrictions in place but everything was handled safely and professionally I had a cryo chamber treatment to help with a long term back problem and came out feeling much better Thanks guys Roy

This coming week I will be doing complementary sessions on the following days and times

Tuesday 2 April 10:00 - 13:00
Thursday 4 April 18:00 - 21:00
Saturday 6 April 08:30 - 11:30

A reminder to everyone working out at the box tonight, I will be offering a complimentary NormaTec compression massage, I will be setting up at 6pm and be there until around 9pm. Either book a 30 min free treatment with me by messaging me to avoid disappointment or alternatively come and see me tonight and I will try and fit you in.

Back @ CrossFit Rayleigh Tuesday for more NormaTec demo’s 18:00 - 22:00 make the most of your recovery and stay injury free, also will be back on Thursday so come and see me and find out what it’s about, Basically it’s an alternative to sports massage to aid recovery what most elite athletes are doing but now is accessible to the likes of us!!
