MIA… but for good reason 🤍

I’ve been a little quieter on here recently while tending to some very real, very personal things behind the scenes. Life sometimes asks us to pause, soften, and take care of what matters most—and I listened.

I also want to take a moment to say thank you.
To every client who chose me as their therapist in 2025 and now 2026—I am deeply grateful. It is a privilege I never take lightly. Thank you for trusting me with your stories, your growth, your vulnerability, and your courage.

I feel incredibly fortunate to do this work, and even more so to walk alongside such wonderful humans.
Quiet season or not, my gratitude is loud. 💛
