Lindsay came to F1TCO just over 3 months ago, looking to lose 2 stone within that time frame and boy did she achieve that goal and much more…

Lindsay was someone who was quite shy when she first started working out with us but has now flourished in to the famous Lindsay of F1TCO 👑

Everyone knows her, not just for her amazing transformation and weight loss results but for always turning up for the sessions at either 6:03am or 6:06am however she has been on time a couple of times which even we were surprised by 🍌

Lindsay is now working towards her next goal which we can’t wait to see where she will be in the next 90 days 👏🏼

As coaches we have helped many women of different ages, abilities, height & weight and lifestyles over the past 10 years. There are certain things we hear that women don’t think they should do…

Now this comes down to the myth of ‘if I train weights ill look manly’ or ‘i don’t want to be too bulky’ 🤔

However we do hear the words of ‘I want to tone up’ which in other words we as coaches see that they want to become stronger and fitter which is great 💯

Here’s a few things we would advise you doing that maybe your either neglecting or only doing a small amount of…

1. Stop worrying what the numbers say on the scales. Just because your WEIGHT hasn’t gone down, doesn’t mean your BODY FAT % hasn’t gone down and your MUSCLE MASS % has gone up ⚖️

2. Become STRONG 💪🏼 start to lift heavy weights each set as you progress. By lifting 1-3 times a week is certainly not going to make you bulky! Positives of lifting weights…increase strength and reduce your risk of injuries

3. Eating PROTEIN and making sure you get enough of it!! It’s essential for our bodies to repair and recover so ideally let’s look at aiming for 30-40g per meal 🥩

4. Be CONSISTENT & PATIENT ⏳ This is key when working towards your goals, it may take 3 months, 6 months or even 12 but be consistent, stay educated and understand that there is no ‘quick fix’ to reaching your goals 👏🏼

Start your week strong,

Plan your week ahead wether that being meals, workouts, steps, days in our out of the office!

Stick to your routine but never start on a Tuesday because that will always be too late!

🎉 January is finally over 🎉

So it’s time for us to look back over the month and see what went down at F1TCO 🔥

Well firstly, we have redesigned ourselves and the meaning around F1TCO.

Things have not changed too much but as you may see we are now F1TCO rather than FITCO, which brings our global presence together 👀

– One Community with each 1 having their own individual Identities but still be a part of the community. This is important, its not a one size fit all approach. The idea was to educate people and get them involved in creating their own unique LifestyleCode®️, as unique as their DNA.

Now, let’s take a look at our amazing group of members who turn up day in day out, giving their very best to each and every session. I’m sure they hate us sometimes but it all comes from a good place ❤️!

Combined, we have had over 80kgs of weight lost and well over 150kgs of strength built 🚀!

The hardest month of the year is over and we have 11 more left in 2023.

Keep the consistency building

Keep bringing the effort each day
