Lilibet Manor provides nursing and residential care for up to 46 residents. Lilibet Manor is rated Good by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Lilibet Manor is a specialist care facility set across two adjoining buildings in Rossendale, Lancashire, offering tailored support for individuals with varying physical, mental health, and complex needs, with a particular focus on long-term complex care. This includes long-term, short-term and respite care, as well as specialist care for people aged 18 and over with complex needs and/or challenging behaviour, including alzheimers, dementia, medical/physical disabilities, and mental health. The home is set in over two acres of landscaped garden, offering a tranquil and pleasant environment for our residents.

We had a great day with Zoo Lab at Lilibet Manor Care Home!

We got hands-on with lots of different animals: snails, cockroaches, and even tarantulas! 😲🕸️

So many smiles, laughs, and a few brave volunteers too!

What have we been up to recently at Lilibet Manor Care Home? 🎉

It’s been busy, busy, busy at Lilibet Manor! 😊

Wednesday started bright and early with one of our favourites… Rock Breakfast! 🤘🎸 While some residents enjoyed a well-deserved lie-in, others moved breakfast into the lounge, turned up the classic rock, and enjoyed singing, dancing and even a little headbanging, the full works! 🎶🕺

Later, it was time for moving and handling training to keep everyone up to date and safe 💪 (got to keep standards high!).
In the afternoon, we spent time with Hari, our amazing in-house physiotherapist, and Leanne, our wellbeing lead, getting everyone moving, stretching and giggling along the way 🤸‍♀️😁

We’ve had an absolute blast!

And yesterday, for National Hug Day, we shared lots of cuddles with our favourite four-legged friends, the best kind of therapy! 💛

National Pizza Day at Lilibet Manor! 🍕🎉

This week we got hands-on celebrating National Pizza Day! Our lovely Howard took charge, wrote a shopping list, and even went to Asda with one of our wonderful team members to get everything ready for the big day. What a star! ⭐

Yesterday we had a great day at Lilibet Manor!

Today we welcomed Sports Cool, who joined us for lots of fun-filled activities 🤸‍♂️🎾

Our residents enjoyed getting active through games and exercises, all while having plenty of laughs along the way 😄👏

This week at Lilibet Manor we’ve been celebrating National Storytelling Week! 📚

We created our very own storybook and made up a fantastic story to go with it. There were endless giggles as we turned residents and staff into cartoon characters 🎨😂
We’ve also enjoyed silent discos 🎧, writing sessions ✍️, film time 🎬 and lots and lots of fun throughout the week!

We’ve been enjoying some lovely moments here at Lilibet Manor. From watching the wildlife, including a few little robins 🐦 - to having a boogie, keeping our minds active with dominoes, and relaxing with a good film. The perfect mix of fun and calm! 🎬💃

Girls Trip at Lilibet Manor!

We had a brilliant day out with the ladies from Lilibet Manor Care Home as we hopped on the bus to Burnley 🛍️

We shopped till we dropped, enjoyed a pub lunch (it would have been rude not to! 🍽️), and had plenty of laughs along the way.

Nikki even showed us her unique way of keeping dry while waiting for the bus… maybe we all need lessons on how to wear a coat properly! 😂☔

Recently at Lilibet Manor Care Home! 🐾✨

We’ve had lots going on at Lilibet Manor!

Our residents have enjoyed trips out to the library, relaxing with jigsaws and even turning their own artwork into colouring sheets.

We’ve also had some very special visitors, our Barketing Executive, Raven, and our Chief Happiness Officer, Poppy, who always bring plenty of smiles! 🐶💙

Our staff had a brilliant time at our belated Christmas night out, and we’re already looking ahead as we plan our next big event, a fundraising walk in support of our residents’ fund. Watch this space!

Feeling Festive at Lilibet Manor Care Home! 🎄

We had a wonderful time celebrating Christmas Jumper Day and our Christmas Party here at Lilibet Manor!

There were lots of fun and games, a little bit of karaoke, and we even had a special visit from the big man himself… Santa! 🎅

It’s been a fantastic December full of smiles and festive cheer, and we’re so excited for Christmas.
