🌿 On Approaching a Threshold Moment

Not every turning point announces itself as a decision — some arrive first as awareness.

A threshold moment is often misunderstood as a decision point.
In reality, it begins much earlier.

It shows up as a quiet awareness — a sense that something meaningful is approaching. It may involve emotion, identity, or a choice that feels significant, but the real work happens before any decision is made.

The most important part of a threshold moment is the inner transformation that takes place beforehand.

This is where clarity replaces confusion.
Where self-understanding deepens.
Where we begin to see situations — and ourselves — more honestly.

When we allow this internal shift to unfold, decisions are no longer driven by fear, urgency, or old patterns. They arise from alignment, confidence, and a clearer sense of who we truly are.

Approached this way, a threshold moment doesn’t disrupt — it refines.
And the changes that follow tend to support not only our own growth, but also the wider relationships and environments we’re part of.

A gentle story of readiness, release, and the quiet power of going deeper 💛

“After my session I felt far more relaxed, and my brain wasn’t as busy.”

She arrived knowing her story well — she’d explored it through counselling, reflection, and honest conversation over the years.
But there was still a quiet weight inside, something she couldn’t quite reach through words alone.

Some thresholds aren’t crossed through talking.
They open when the heart says, “I’m ready now.”

Our session held that moment. A genuine, steady energy.
A sense of clarity that the path ahead was finally free of resistance.

Through Regression Hypnotherapy, she connected with the event her body had been holding for so long — not to relive it, but to honour it… and transform it.
Her subconscious received new meaning, new safety, new instruction.

And she walked away lighter — calmer — with a mind that no longer needed to race.
Just space.
Just breath.

✨ When you finally release what’s been holding you back, your whole being steps into the light. ✨

✨ “Good session. I felt very relaxed. The Reiki was excellent — I could feel the tension releasing in my body, my arms and my legs. I could see the colours of the energy.” ✨

A beautiful reflection from a recent client who realised she had been holding everything inside — quietly carrying emotion while trying to protect her loved ones.

After a recent passing, those emotions began to surface, along with the awareness that her body was showing signs of strain — even through changes in weight.

During our session of Reiki followed by gentle Hypnotherapy, her body began to release. She could feel the energy move, the colours shift, and the tension dissolve.

Sometimes, when we allow ourselves to feel, we finally begin to heal. 💛

💫 “You can do ‘don’t’... just as much as you can do ‘do’. It’s a natural choice.” 💫

These words were shared by a young lady in her final session today — a continuation after her six sessions had come to a close.

This morning, she arrived looking radiant. Her whole energy had shifted — calm, assured, grounded — as if she had finally stepped into who she truly is. She no longer felt the need to control everything, and instead trusted herself, her path, and her process.

That simple yet profound phrase — “you can do ‘don’t’ just as much as you can do ‘do’” — speaks of choice, trust, and inner freedom. Sometimes it’s not about doing more, but allowing more.

Moments like this remind me why I do what I do. 💛

✨ When we listen within, the body reveals what the soul already knows. ✨

“I would love to come again. I now have no pain. I feel connected to myself, I have trust, and I feel much more peace.”

These were the words shared by a lovely client after a combined Hypnotherapy and Reiki session.
She hadn’t mentioned any physical discomfort beforehand — it was only afterwards that she described where the energy had flowed during her session.

As her awareness deepened, she realised her body had been speaking all along. The gentle ache she once felt was her body’s way of asking for release… a signal to let go of an old trauma, an energy no longer needed.

When we listen with compassion — to our body, mind, and soul — true healing begins. 💛

Every session is a reminder that the body knows exactly what it needs — it just asks us to listen.
This reflection shares a recent experience of working with the body’s wisdom through Reiki and energy awareness, where profound healing unfolded gently and naturally. 🌿✨

When the Body Speaks Through Energy:

In my work as a holistic therapist, I’ve learned that true healing often begins when we give the body a voice. Every sensation, symptom, and subtle shift carries wisdom — a message waiting to be heard.

Many of my sessions begin with Reiki. As the energy begins to flow, I invite the client to gently bring awareness to their heart centre — the space where truth and healing often meet. From there, something beautiful happens: the body begins to guide the process.

With awareness anchored in the heart, the client’s own essence starts to move — sometimes toward areas of the body that need rebalancing or release. I simply hold the space, observing and listening. Often, I’ll hear a word or message that reflects the reason the body has been sending out certain symptoms. It’s the body’s way of saying, “Here is where I need attention.”

From this point, we might explore gentle ways forward — new daily practices, mindful reflections, or simple energetic shifts that support continued healing. There’s never any rush. Each session unfolds at the client’s own pace, guided by their body’s wisdom and supported by the calm flow of energy.

✨ Healing, in this way, isn’t something that’s done to the body — it’s something that’s awakened from within. ✨

After this particular session, my client shared this beautiful reflection:

“As soon as I asked my essence to go to where it needs to go, I could feel a tingling at the top of my head, in my feet and then before returning to my heart centre it went to my stomach. I feel like I’ve got a lot of energy at the moment — thank you.”

🌿 Here’s to listening deeply, feeling fully, and honouring the quiet language of the body.

A gentle reflection for those resting in their light today 💛
For the quiet hearts who honour where they’ve been and trust what’s unfolding.

For those who have found their “you” place —
that quiet space of truth and gentle presence —
and who have learned to pause long enough to admire the view 💛

Today, the date doesn’t matter. The day doesn’t matter.
Only now does.

A soft mantra for this still point in time:

“All that I am, I honour.

Remembering All Parts of Ourselves

In my experience as a holistic therapist, I’ve come to recognise that there are three distinct parts to ourselves — each with its own needs, rhythm, and purpose.

✨ The worker being, who strives, creates, and contributes.
✨ The family being, who nurtures, supports, and connects with loved ones.
✨ And the spiritual or energetic being, who simply is — the essence that feels, senses, and guides us from within.

In the fast pace of everyday life, it’s easy to focus almost entirely on the first two. We pour energy into work and family, but if we neglect our spiritual or energetic self, something begins to feel missing. Over time, we can forget who we truly are beneath all the doing — and we start to feel out of sync, disconnected from our own centre.

A recent client came to me ready to accept help. He described feeling stuck in survival mode — constantly looking outward for relief through gambling, alcohol, and distraction. In our session, we worked with his inner awareness and energetic field to help him reconnect with the part of himself he had unknowingly left behind.

Through regression hypnotherapy and intuitive guidance, he began to release the patterns that kept him externally focused, allowing his own energy to rebalance and return.

Following the session, he shared these heartfelt words:

“I feel to now have positivity, a structure, self-worth a good mindset and how to do better breathwork, I feel a lot more relaxed”.

This experience was a beautiful reminder that healing isn’t only about removing what’s wrong — it’s about remembering what’s real. When we nurture all three parts of ourselves — the worker, the family, and the spiritual being — life feels more harmonious, meaningful, and whole.

✨ When we come home to our energetic self, everything else begins to flow again. ✨

Listening to the Body’s Wisdom

Every body carries a story. Sometimes that story is told through tension, discomfort, or even persistent pain. One of my clients recently sent me feedback after a session, with one simple yet profound sentence that said: “I am no longer in pain.”

Her journey to that point was unique, and it highlighted for me once again how important it is to work at the client’s pace.

Working with the Body, Not Against It

In our session, we began with regression hypnotherapy to gently explore what was ready to surface. The body quickly revealed where energy blocks were being held and, more importantly, why they were there. This is the wisdom of the body — it speaks in signals, symptoms, and sensations, guiding us toward what needs attention.

The client was clear that she didn’t want to revisit old ground. Respecting her pace and preference, we chose instead to move forward, allowing her own natural light and awareness to infuse these areas. Rather than reopening the past, the focus was on bringing presence and healing into the moment.

The Release

As this process unfolded, the blocks began to clear. What followed was a remarkable shift: the pain she had been carrying lifted. Her words afterward — “I am no longer in pain” — capture the depth of that transformation more than anything else could.

The Body as a Messenger

This session was a reminder that our bodies are constantly communicating with us. Pain is often not just physical; it can be the body’s way of saying “pay attention, something here needs healing.” By listening, noticing, and working with the body’s wisdom, space opens for release, for relief, and for light to flow back in.

✨ Healing doesn’t always mean going back over the past — sometimes it means meeting the body exactly where it is, and honouring the wisdom it offers in the present moment. ✨
