Unless we are addressing specific skin concerns eg hyperpigmentation, acne, there are few ingredients which have actual clinically PROVEN benefits.

My advice is therefore to trim down your skin care routine to include only key ingredients/products

Alternatively, invest in minimally invasive procedures such as micro needling, and bio stimulators to help slow down skin ageing.
