Victoria brings an energy with her when she comes into a room, with her third pair of glasses it was all about having a different look (even if they’re still in her favourite colour). In her own words, “I wear a black uniform all day, the only way I can show my personality is with my glasses.”

I’ve loved every visit I’ve had from Victoria. This time a lighter weight frame in a different shape (but still one with a good colour punch 🥊) it had to be 💙

Spending six days with all my favourite people was the ultimate treat. Thank you to clients and suppliers for supporting 🙏🏻

The first time we chose glasses together I promised Olivia that one day I’d get her into a colour, not just any colour, the right one for her. Done 💙

This model ‘Rev’ in Nitro Blue from the Autodromo collection is perfect. And once this appeared, nothing else really came close.

This pop-up event gave me the opportunity to reconnect with people I’d spent years getting to know, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the support. It was a joy to see you again Olivia, thank you 🙏🏻

Back from holidays and ready to see you all in your new glasses!

The first batch of amazing glasses are ready and I have collections arranged over the next two days.

Unfortunately I am still waiting on three deliveries from Europe so if you haven’t heard from me yet, don’t panic, I’ll be in touch as soon as I’ve got confirmation.

I am beyond excited to see you all 🤩 expect me to take photos, be ready 😉

Let’s talk about last week 🗣️ I really struggle to find the words to describe how amazing it was to see so many of you again. Six days spending time with frames, friends and people I’ve come to know and love during the last seven years was a real treat. Thank you. From the bottom of my heart you made it very special.

I’m about to have a little holiday but I’ll be back before you know it with your glasses ready to collect and wear out in the world. I’m excited for that too!

As for the question you all asked - yes. It is likely there will be another one of these. I’ll send subscribers something soon just to ask your opinion on timing. I hadn’t planned anything beyond this one 😂 but I had so much fun, and I’ve had a million ideas for improvement too, so watch this space.

A big shoutout for Kerry from who was with me today - as much as I’m used to doing everything alone I knew I wouldn’t be able to have the conversations I wanted if I didn’t have help. As I was listening to her talking about lenses I was learning too () and I couldn’t have done today without her. She’s doing her own thing and I’ve discovered how much of a niche she serves in her own store for sports eyewear, as well as being a fan like me! She does do the odd locum day, so for those practices watching in north Wales here’s your prompt💥

To Lin who travelled all the way from Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 also today, it was a joy to meet you in person finally after a few years on the Zoom! I cannot wait to get these gorgeous frames to you also and ❤️

1:1 Styling appointments fully booked but walk-in’s welcome. If I don’t keep the team busy they’ll get into trouble (it’s fizz all week 🥂).

If you’re dropping in Tuesday you’ve got Mark. He’s been styling for years and will absolutely sort you out.

Wednesday and Thursday it’s Kerry - she’s doing things her own way in this biz too and is travelling from Wrexham to see you all. You can talk football.

Friday and Saturday you’re meeting Laura - she helped at my very first pop-up in 2018 and is one of the most stylish women I know.

If you want to see me specifically then Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons are good. Saturday after 3 too. At the end of the week you’ll find me in 😮‍💨 … unless I’m too stuffed to eat because I’ve made my way through the tonnes of mints sent by . I know they’re meant for customers but 😋

There are only 12 left 😳… first dibs went to those who completed the questionnaire sent a few weeks ago, it really helped me figure out how to run the event so you get what YOU want from it. Turns out, that’s time with me.

A deposit is required to book, but this goes towards any frame or lens purchase at the event. All the details will be in the email!

Drop-in times where I will be available will be announced later for those who are unable to book. I’ll also have some very stylish and talented assistants so you won’t be alone when browsing.
