Yesterday one of our young adult clients made this delicious bread and butter pudding. He choose what he wanted to make, found the recipe and followed it carefully. He completed the majority of the physical tasks himself which was wonderful to observe. The joy on his face and his massively increased confidence in the kitchen over the past 3 years from struggling to toast bread to this, made our year so far. It reminded us why we love being OTs 💚
