We have an exciting opportunity for a Shop Manager to join our retail team.

37.5 hours per week (5 days, including weekends and bank holidays)
Closing Date- Friday 1st May

You will play a key role in maximising income, developing our volunteer teams, and ensuring our shops remain competitive, welcoming, and financially sustainable on the high street. The successful candidate will help to shape the future of Rossendale Hospice and ensure we continue to provide the vital services our local community relies on.

In this role, you will lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of volunteers and retail assistants. You will create an inclusive, supportive and empowering environment that recognises and values individual contributions, ensuring all staff and volunteers are fully trained, supported, and understand shop processes, including Gift Aid.

Massive thank you to the Rossendale Players for their recent fundraising efforts, raising much needed funds for Rossendale Hospice 💙

Members of Rossendale Hospice were thrilled to attend their recent play, 'A Month of Sundays,' a touching and gently humorous portrayal of later life 🎭As well as being a fantastic play, the Rossendale Players also managed to raise an outstanding £430 from the event 👏

Join our team of volunteer drivers 🚗🙌

As a volunteer driver, you’ll play a vital role in safely transporting patients to and from Rossendale Hospice.

For many of our patients, attending sessions is something they look forward to each week and it may be their only opportunity to leave the house. Our drivers are often the first friendly face they see, providing not just transport but kindness, care, and compassion.

If you have a few spare hours each week and would like to make a meaningful difference, we’d love to hear from you.
