Meet the team!
First up - Siobhan our owner and senior therapist. Siobhan created Shen Zen Holistics 10 years ago and provides a range of different massage techniques including Swedish, pregnancy massage and hot bamboo. Siobhan is a reiki master and offers a range of different holistic therapies including reflexology, meditation and sound therapy. Siobhan is available on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

Next we have Joy, our specialist massage therapist. As well as offering reiki, Joy has trained extensively in different therapeutic massage techniques including cupping, mechanical massage and lymphatic drainage. Joy is continuing her studies and will be offering more soon. Joy is available on Sunday, Monday and Thursday.
