A super wintery walk yesterday trying out our new camera & having a little play around 💭 we are fully appreciating mother nature in all of her seasons and it's always a gentle reminder for ourselves to remain in our wintering state before spring equinox arrives in March.

The shrivelled rose hips, sludgy mud, gloomy skies & sharp cold breeze is all part of it and we fully welcome & embrace it. A reminder to slow down, take time to nourish ourselves, deepen our connections & care for one another - these months can be deep and heavy for some of us, we're all in it together.

We are looking forward to Imbolc arriving aroind t
he 1st of February 🪻 marking the halfway point between the winter solstice and the spring equinox, it signals the first signs of spring & the returning of the light...
