Did you know that we are all healers?
We all have the ability and many of us are healing others on a daily basis without even realising it.
We are now experiencing so many more people opening themselves to alternative healing modalities which means in turn the the world really will be a much kinder, healthier, happier place 🙏

I’m back!!! I’m well rested from spending a wonderful Summer with my family and friends and learning lots of lovely new therapies to share with you all!!
So much to catch up with but the main change is my business name and logo. After much reflection and meditation I feel that Heart and Soul Therapies really sums up not only how I feel about my holistic journey but how I want to make all of you feel too ❤️
