I have seen this cream everywhere on social media and here’s what you need to know…
I ordered this online as the cosy packaging sold it for me. 🧸🤎✨
*DO NOT BUY FROM TIKTOK SHOP. BUY DIRECTLY FROM RITUALS*
What I liked about the whipped body cream…
🍦The formula. Whipped, creamy, luxurious, I absolutely LOVE the way it feels when applying to the skin. It leaves you feeling hydrated and soft without feeling greasy. A very rare find!
🍦I love (most) of the ingredients. Shea buter, Rosehip oil, Almond oil, Baobab Oil, Q10 and Vitamin E pearls. They are all lovely, supportive ingredients for the skin.
🍦The packaging. Even though it’s plastic, it gives a real luxe feel which is very attractive and it looks like it smells stunning. That’s what sold me! I ordered it online. 👩🏼💻
What I’m not a fan of…
🗣️ The fragrance! I expected a real autumnal warm vanilla but smells a little medical? Some might like this smell? I don’t hate it, but I wouldn’t buy again. It’s vanilla but with a medical tinge - and sandalwood doesn’t smell medical. 😆 It wasn’t what I expected but I did order the cream online. 🫶🏼
🗣️ I wouldn’t recommend if you’re sensitive throughout the winter months as the fragrance might irritate your skin further, however it isn’t too strong and the smell doesn’t last long on the skin. Frangrance-fee body cream might be a better option but this will be suitable for most.
🗣️ If you find your skin reacts after regular exposure to scented creams, this could be bought as a treat to use a few times a week. E.g. if you did a self-care Sunday winter pamper. 🧖🏼♀️
🗣️ I love almond oil due to the benefits of your skin, but I wish they advertised it has almond oil in. As a warning, I think nearly ALL Rituals products contain almond oil.
Have you bought this too?
