One minute your routine is working, the next you’re oily, breaking out, or haven’t got the glow like you had in winter.

You might feel you need to change EVERYTHING but you don’t need to. You just need to lightly adjust what you’re currently doing.

Think:
💛 be hydration focused.
💛 support your skin’s barrier (gentle skincare)
💛 don’t over exfoliate.
💛 find a face SPF that works with your skin.
💛 use SPF daily. The sun in April is as strong as it is in August - just without the heat!

Not because they’re ‘dirty’ or doing anything wrong, but because your skin reacts to everything it comes into contact with.

Kissing, beards, pillowcases, products, even just spending more time in a different environment… it all adds up.

I see this all of the time when a client is doing everything right but the little habits are those that trigger their skin!
