I know that feeling because I lived it for nearly 9 years.

I used to work in the NHS in admin. Firstly in a GP Surgery, then into Southend Hospital.

And although I learnt loads about structure, systems and patient care… I also saw how easily people can feel overlooked when environments are rushed and overstretched.

It taught me something I’ll always carry into my business:
People don’t just want results.
🫶🏼 They want to feel comfortable.
🫶🏼 They want to feel listened to.
🫶🏼 They want to feel understood.

That’s why my clinic doesn’t feel cold, (too professional 😆) or in and out.

It feels personal because skin is personal.

And after struggling with acne myself for 9 years, I know how vulnerable it feels to sit in front of someone and talk about your skin.
