Brilliant care company. Living over 100 miles away from Mum it's really reassuring to have a quality care company who go the extra mile and keep me informed of any issues. Fantastic service from people who obviously take pride in what they do.
Having had a terrible experience with another care company it is really great to now have Brooks Care looking after Mum, they really are the best care company around, can thoroughly recommend them!

We are a well established care company of 15 years, run by two registered, nurse managers, and a friendly supportive office team.
As a collective team, we are delighted and proud to announce that we have recently upgraded our rating, through a recent CQC inspection to GOOD THROUGHOUT!!! This is in line with the 5 KLOES, which are Safe, Responsive, Well led, Effective, Caring. The report is available online and the link will be shared for you to read.

As a Care company We cover areas such as Rayleigh, Southend, Rochford and Castle point.
We have an extensive, experienced kind and caring field team of carers, who work round the clock to care for look after our patients. We have in place commsionned care from local authorities (such as the council) and the CHC and NHS, to provide care in the homes up to 4 visits a day.

Care can include, personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, light household duties, and shopping.

Extended services are available such as respite, awake nights, sleeper nights, and 24 hour care. We also pride ourselves in the respite care that we offer to families, allowing relatives to confidently leave the adult in our care in our out of the home.
