Since starting my new Purestretch classes, I’ve realised something…
Many of you are holding your breath like you’re waiting for bad news!
No wonder your body feels tense and achy.
Breathing correctly is important for good health & will help your body to relax ☺️
Here’s the simple truth:
When you breathe into your belly, your core and pelvic floor work naturally the way they’re supposed to.
When you don’t, your lower back often ends up doing all the hard work.
That’s why so many people feel stiff, achy or “weak” in their middle.
In class, we practise belly breathing because it helps you:
• switch on your core more easily
• support your lower back
• move better and feel stronger
• release tension instead of creating it
No complicated anatomy — I just help you feel and understand how your body actually works.
Small change. Big difference.
