Lindsay is a chartered Physiotherapist and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. She obtained a BSc(Hons) Physiotherapy degree at the University of Hertfordshire in 2009.

After graduating, Lindsay spent 5 years working for the NHS, initially at a London hospital, gaining essential skills and knowledge in various physiotherapy specialisms including musculoskeletal outpatients, orthopaedics, neurology and medicine for the elderly. She
then specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy working in a number of hospitals in Essex. Lindsay then went on to spend 6 years working for a private London hospital holding the positions of Clinical Lead Physiotherapist and Physiotherapy Manager. Lindsay continued her studies and completed a postgraduate diploma in advanced musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

Lindsay has worked with elite athletes including pitch side physiotherapy for a well known football club, voluntary support to athletes during the London Olympic Games and the London marathon. Lindsay is also a keen hockey player having represented the county and captained her university hockey team.

Lindsay can complete advanced musculoskeletal assessment and treatments including shockwave therapy, acupuncture, manual therapy and exercise prescription. She can arrange MRI`s and x-ray scans as well as onward referral for surgery where clinically appropriate. If you would like to book an appointment or have any questions then please get in touch.
