Lindsay is a chartered Physiotherapist and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. She obtained a BSc(Hons) Physiotherapy degree at the University of Hertfordshire in 2009.
After graduating, Lindsay spent 5 years working for the NHS, initially at a London hospital, gaining essential skills and knowledge in various physiotherapy specialisms including musculoskeletal outpatients, orthopaedics, neurology and medicine for the elderly. She
then specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy working in a number of hospitals in Essex. Lindsay then went on to spend 6 years working for a private London hospital holding the positions of Clinical Lead Physiotherapist and Physiotherapy Manager. Lindsay continued her studies and completed a postgraduate diploma in advanced musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
Lindsay has worked with elite athletes including pitch side physiotherapy for a well known football club, voluntary support to athletes during the London Olympic Games and the London marathon. Lindsay is also a keen hockey player having represented the county and captained her university hockey team.
Lindsay can complete advanced musculoskeletal assessment and treatments including shockwave therapy, acupuncture, manual therapy and exercise prescription.
