It’s been a chilly yet incredibly heart-warming day here in Carlisle, supporting Cash for Kids- "Mission Christmas" Campaign.

Sara Oldham has been raising awareness for this amazing charity for several years which helps vulnerable children and young people ,spreading a bit of festive cheer where it’s needed most.
⭐🌟⭐

A big team of elves, incl Sara( Chief Elf) & myself have certainly been busy, sorting and sifting through donations from supermarket chains and high-street shops who’ve kindly gifted everything from ideal toys and baby essentials to toiletries for adolescents , making sure no child across the UK wakes up without something to open or something they genuinely need on Christmas morning.

Campaigns like this are running up and down the country and every single act of kindness makes a difference.

Lessons in Tarot - An Introduction to the The Major Arcana- Rider Waite cards.

So, gotta start somewhere but not sure how or fancy a Tarot refresher?

I'll guide you to take a deep dive into esoteric learning and self discovery! You'll have fun understanding the key meanings, symbology , elements, psychic impressions & connect with like minded people in group participation.

Online zoom lessons - classroom environment.

Starting beginning October 2024 - (1.5 - 2hr) evening class - date TBC.
10 consecutive weeks.
Includes opening circle and a break.

No experience necessary, however a willingness to learn & commitment to attend is necessary.

I am very excited to be offering beginners intuitive Tarot online lessons, private one to one or a group of (6max) on zoom video in the comfort of your home.

Generating interest at this stage for the Autumn.

Starting off with the Major Arcana cards or otherwise known as the life changing cards. Plus incorporating Planetary aspects, Symbology, Astrology ( Star signs) and much more 😊

1.5hrs per lesson weekly x12 sessions ( in total )

Deposit required to secure your space. Would suit someone with a genuine interest in esoteric learning and have an enthusiastic approach to learning for self development. Why not give it a go?

Auto immunity, is not the immune system going rogue on you.

It's the immune system trying to defend you. Think about it for a second.....why would your immune system turn against you? It's way too smart. Actually your body's innate wisdom is beyond smart.

The immune system goes into a chronic state of self protection.

What is it protecting you from?

- viruses
- mold
- bacteria
- toxic metals
- toxic thoughts
- parasites

To name a few.

So why do we suppress the immune system and not address the root cause? Medications have their place, imagine a child with horrendous itching skin, or someone with hay fever and nothing is touching it, or someone with asthma.....medications can be life saving whilst working with the underlying imbalances.

Some medications are for a life time, just get them checked to ensure any nutrients they may be depleting are balanced.

How do we address the root cause? Nutritional medicine, herbs, naturopathy, homeopathy, functional tests, coaching which can also be considered co-regulation.... ❤️ 💙 💜

No one modality is the answer, no one 'toxin' is to blame, no one protocol fixes the root cause.
