📢 Prostate Cancer Awareness

đź’™ Early Detection Saves Lives

Did you know?
• Prostate cancer is one of the most common cancers in men.
• Most men don’t notice symptoms until it’s advanced.
• Regular check-ups can catch it early—when treatment is most effective.

👨 Who’s at risk?
• Men over 50
• Men with a family history of prostate cancer
• African and Caribbean men (higher risk)

âś… What you can do:
• Talk to your doctor about screening (PSA test & digital re**al exam).
• Maintain a healthy lifestyle—exercise, eat a balanced diet, and avoid smoking.
• Know the signs: difficulty urinating, frequent night urination, blood in urine/semen, or pain in the lower back/hips.

💙 Let’s break the silence. Encourage the men in your life to get screened. Together, we can save lives.
