I am thinking of adding an optional 10 mins of Facial Reflexology to my 60 mins Massage or Reflexology treatments - yes it is a thing - think Lymph Drainage, help clearing Sinuses , tapping into our emotional, physical and spiritual connections through key points on our face.

My work is always varied which makes it so interesting. I thought I should spend some time highlighting the various aspects of my services.
As a Restore Scar Therapy Practitioner - I offer help to clients with a wide variety of scars. From recovering cancer patients - mastectomy or lumpectomy and scar lines from ports, across the chest or in the arm pit.
I have also helped clients post knee and hip replacements. I have worked on wrists and feet too.
The treatment is gentle, non invasive and effective in bringing relief to tight skin and a reduction in the sensation of pain.
By showing my clients how to do this they often don’t need that many treatments from me before they are able to continue to help themselves to maintain and improve the feelings around the scar. It’s very rewarding! 😊

Lovely afternoon spending a few hours just watching the world go by - always fun to see a little spa and wellness going on too - this is the little pink sauna of course !

It’s quieter for me in the summer which can feel a bit strange at times - it’s not always easy to feel comfortable with the free time you have been given - people who know me well will know that I am still learning to be still and just be - which is ironic when I can encourage others to do it !
So I have taken a little trip to see a very good and old friend in Bath. These are flowers from her garden - she inspires me to spend more time in my own !
