Overall calorie consumption is the most important factor when it comes to weight management whether that is a fat loss or muscle building. This is what will determine your energy intake input from food.

👆Why do we track macros?

More likely to eat a diet suited better to your fitness goals. Eating enough protein to aid muscle growth, to maintain lean muscle mass during fat loss and to help keep you fuller for longer.

For an average person looking to loose body fat or get toned:

▶️ Focus on an overall calorie target
▶️ Focus on a protein target (1.6-2.2g /kg of body weight)
▶️ A minimum of 20% of total calorie intake from dietary fats
▶️ 30g fibre
