Your body believes the words it hears most often.
For years mine only heard fear…
“What if this never ends?”
“I can’t handle this.”
And my body stayed on alert.
When I began changing my inner language,
something shifted.
My breath deepened.
My pain softened.
My nervous system began to trust me again.
You don’t need perfect affirmations.
You just need honest, gentle ones.
Repeat them often enough,
and your body will start to believe them. 🌿
