We’re now closed until Monday 29th December at 8am when the online forms and telephones will be live again.

If you need medical help whilst we’re closed then please visit your local pharmacy (search Pharmacy First for more info), NHS111 online/telephone or for life threatening situations call 999.

We know that Christmas is a hard time of year for some people so please know that there is help available for anyone who needs it please contact the Samaritans on 116 123.

On World Kindness Day we wanted to give a ‘BIG thank you’ our staff for how they’ve all pulled together and supported each other to implement our new appointment system over the past week and to the patients that have embraced the changes.

From today all GP appointments and admin queries will need to be requested through our new online system, you can do this by following the link below or by visiting the website and clicking appointments.

✨ Fill out the form whether it’s a medical issue, prescription request, fit note or a referral query.

✨If you do not have internet access, you can still call us, and a receptionist will complete the form for you.

If you want to order repeat medication please do so via the NHS app, if you are unable to do that please either call your usual pharmacy to request this on your behalf or come into surgery to complete a request form.
