I’m Hannah — a physiotherapist, a mother, a lover of nature, and someone who truly believes that our purpose in life is to experience moments of presence and joy.
In a busy world, I help people come back into their bodies.
Because when we are in our bodies, we heal.
When we slow down, we connect.
And when we connect — we find joy.
My Work
I treat people with both physical and neurological conditions, supporting everything from musculoskeletal pain to complex rehabilitation needs.
I run my own clinic in Sonning, where I offer hands-on, personalised physiotherapy. I specialise in movement and posture, helping people correct alignment and movement patterns through hands-on techniques and functional exercises tailored to each individual. I deeply believe in the power of human touch — there is something profoundly healing about feeling safe, supported, and understood through therapeutic contact.
Alongside my clinic work, I manage rehabilitation at Caversham Signature, supporting residents — many living with complex neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, orthopaedic trauma, spinal injuries, and dementia — to regain strength, confidence, and dignity through movement.
For me, physiotherapy is not just about muscles and joints.
It’s about helping people reconnect with themselves.
PHYSIOMOVES – Movement for Every Body
I created PHYSIOMOVES to make movement accessible, affordable, and ongoing. I wanted to create a community where we move together, laugh, relax, and support our healing. I aim to empower individuals with the skills and knowledge to prevent and manage their own conditions.
Not everyone needs one-to-one physiotherapy.
But everyone needs to move.
PHYSIOMOVES classes are a blend of:
Pilates-based core strength
Functional strengthening
Stretching and mobility work
Breathwork
Elements of yoga
Deep relaxation
The aim?
To get people out of their busy heads and back into their bodies, reconnecting with strength, presence, and joy.
