Thank you everyone for embracing Phase One of Total Triage on the front desks at both sites. This has been very successful and we have processed and contacted 95 patients since Monday.

As from Monday 24th November we will be starting Phase Two where our Duty Management team will be randomly answering some calls and triaging patients over the phone following the same Total Triage process. These patient requests will be dealt with in real time the same as anyone else who calls in.

We are really pleased with how it is going so far and have had really positive feedback.
