I just wanted to remind you that tonight at 9pm I will be holding an online Relaxation and Sound Immersion Evening- you can join from the comfort of your own bed - snuggled under your duvet- camera off - device muted - and let me guide you into a peaceful sleep with a guided visualisation followed by the soothing sounds of crystal and tibetan singing bowls - an hour of pure relaxation without leaving the house - for an exchange of just £5 x if you are interested let me know - pay online and I will send you the joining details x

I am so looking forward to being back in Theale on Monday night (this session is fully booked) and then back at Zeers Therapy Centre in Winnersh on Monday 16th February from 7.30pm where I currently still have a few spaces left.
Remember if you would prefer to join me virtually from the comfort of your own home - I have another online zoom session planned for Sunday 8th February at 9pm x please do get in contact if you would like further information or if you would like to book your space x pleasd remember that pre booking is required for all of my evenings.
