We have room for a couple more people in our friendly, all-levels, Wednesday evening class: 5:30-6:45pm in the lovely Canterbury Room at St Thomas' Church

£10 drop-in rates, discount on full-term bookings, concessions available.

WHERE?

WHEN?
Tuesday evenings 5:30-7pm
Wednesday evenings 5:30-6:45pm.

£10 per class drop-in, discounts for block booking (£55 for 7 classes)

Concessionary rates available.

Ideal for intermediate or relative beginners (absolute beginners get in touch for a chat if you would be interested in taking it up).

Classes are a mix of asanas (postures), breathing and meditation. I am particularly sympathetic to the less flexible members of the human race (as one of my teachers used to say “Yoga isn’t just for flexible people – after all, you don’t wash your hair because it is already clean”)

Still not got a New Year's Resolution sorted?

Still not managed to get round to taking up or getting back to doing some yoga?

Need to find a way to calm down and deal better with the state of the world?

I have a couple of spaces free in my Wednesday evening class - ideal for beginners and/or anyone who needs to ease themselves back into a practice, or has tried before and been put off by too much fast movement and expectations of flexibility!
