As much as massage helps relieve and improve your body in so many ways, it is important to look after it at home too!

🌑 It helps improves flexibility allowing your joints to move more freely and comfortably.

🌑 Stretching increases blood flow to your muscles, which helps wake them up and prepare them for activity

30 Minute Neck, Back and Soulders (£25)

Having a high pressured, demanding job and sitting at a desk for long periods of time can result in stress related muscle tension, particularly to the neck and shoulders. My client struggles with this so much that it results in her suffering with migraines, and that's when I come to the rescue 🙌

My clients main concerns are always his neck, back and shoulders as he carries alot of tension due to his physical job.
A firm, deep pressure, with the use of forearms and knuckling helps to work into the tight muscles to release the tension areas and aid with movement/flexibility.
