Last year, we had the privilege of bringing women together for our International Women’s Day event — a space filled with connection, strength, laughter, and support. It was truly inspiring to see so many women come together, share experiences, and celebrate resilience and empowerment. 💜

This year, we’re getting ready to do it all again… and we can’t wait to share more with you.

Finding support shouldn’t feel complicated — here are the mutual aid groups running in our hubs each week:

NA Meetings
• Mondays, 8 PM – Oxford Road HUB
• Tuesdays, 7 PM – City Gate HUB

SMART Recovery
• Thursdays, 5:30 PM – Oxford Road HUB

Whether you're taking your first step or finding your way back, these groups offer connection, understanding, and the strength that comes from being part of a fellowship that truly gets it. If you or someone you know could use a bit of community, these meetings are a welcoming place to start.

Movember is a powerful reminder to take a moment for yourself, check in with your wellbeing, and prioritise your health — because looking after yourself is not a luxury, it’s essential. 🥸💜😍

Our Recovery Walk is happening tomorrow! Meet us at CGL Oxford Road Hub at 11:00 AM. We’ll walk together through town and finish at City Gate Hub with food, stories, and a celebration of the day! We look forward to seeing you there!

Did you know, you can catch hepatitis in several ways?

Hepatitis is passed on through blood or other bodily fluids so you can get hepatitis from:
- Sharing drug related items such as needles, spoons, water, filters, and notes and straws for snorting.
- Sharing personal care items such as a toothbrush, razor or hair clippers.
- Engaging in chems*x.
- Having unprotected s*x where blood may be present
- Unsterilised tattoo, piercing or medical equipment.

This World Hepatitis Day we want to remind you how easy it is to get tested and treated for hepatitis.

The hepatitis test is a simple prick of your finger – and that's it! You’ll get your results in 1 – 3 weeks and whatever they are, we are here for you 💜

Treatment for hepatitis has come a long way and now consists of a tablet a day for 8–12 weeks with minimal side effects.
