I am a sports and remedial massage therapist working in Reading and the surrounding areas. I run treatment sessions from my home clinic in Caversham and also provide a mobile service within 10 miles of Reading. I have a level 5 BTEC Diploma in Clinical Sports and Remedial Massage qualifying from the Oxford School of Sports Massage in 2016. I am passionate about all sports and played competitive rugby for many years. My interest in sports massage and rehabilitation was sparked after suffering a knee injury which resulted in surgery and a lengthy rehab period. I work with a variety of sporting and non sporting clients, so whether you are training for a sporting challenge or suffering from the stress of daily life, massage therapy can help. Every treatment session begins with a full assessment where a specific treatment plan can be tailored to your individual needs and problem areas. Sports massage therapy uses a combination of traditional massage which has been around for thousands of years alongside advanced soft tissue techniques and remedial exercises to help prevent injury, reduce pain, promote mobility, relaxation and recovery.
