I teach Hatha yoga, trained by Swami Ambikananda at the Traditional Association, having qualified in 2006. I run a yoga studio west of Reading, Berkshire.

Having qualified in 2006 I take pride in being a Traditional Yoga Teacher. I welcome into my classes people of all ages and abilities; appreciating as a teacher that every body's body is different and thereby encourage my students to explore their own limitations at their own pace. Awareness is the essence of my teaching; drawing asana, pranayama and yoga nidra into our practice. Yoga brings balance and equilibrium into our lives, builds strength, rejuvenates, uplifts, energises; yet centres. Now let's do this and add in an element of humour and fun! You'll fell better for it!
