With over a decade of experience working with clients, I know it takes a multifaceted approach of exercise, nutrition and the mind to get the desired results that will last.

I have been busy working on rehab for my pr*****ed disc in my lower back, giving me an even greater understanding of lower back and core strength.

I am also learning more about mindset and how the mind works, as well as gearing up to start a qualification in pre & post natal fitness. I already have experience with this having given birth 3 years ago!

I am SUPER excited to get back to work with some brand new insights and knowledge to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Back to recipe creating! 💕 even my little one said she ‘loved’ this salad (didn’t touch the courgette 🤣).

I added spring onion, mint (popped it in a small food processor with avocado oil and a little bit of tamari), peas, edamame, asparagus, avocado, celery & organic feta to quinoa (cooked with low salt veg Bouillon and olive oil). Dressing was avocado oil, Dijon, tamari, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar.

I then cut the courgette into batons and added olive oil, ground almonds and a mix of walnuts, Brazil nuts, flaxseeds, almonds & coq10 by . Cooked @180 for 15 mins.

Finally added flaked cooked wild salmon fillets to the salad. Yum 🤤!

EXERCISE & MENTAL HEALTH - so important! This is a challenging time we find ourselves in right now and keeping up or starting a fitness regime is one thing we can all do to help keep stress and anxiety at bay whilst keeping ourselves healthy and fighting fit. I am lucky as a PT to have my own private gym but you honestly don’t need any equipment to have a good body weight workout or stretch! I am 27 weeks pregnant and over the last 2 weeks have not been able to workout due to back and hip injury (NOT caused by exercise) and I have watched my mental health decline rapidly! Today was my first day back properly in the gym after rehabbing myself (!) and I loved every second of it. Contact me if I can help in anyway with home exercise programmes or nutrition to keep you on track.

Loving working out in my brand new gym space! Can’t wait to get my clients in there this week. It’s not 💯 yet as needs some finishing touches and missing some of my equipment but it’s useable and up and running!

I am 21 weeks pregnant and trying to do a minimum of 30mins pregnancy safe exercise per day. If you read my post by Baby2Body yesterday you can see all the amazing health benefits, for you and your baby, by keeping yourself fit and healthy throughout your pregnancy 💓💓💓🤰🤰
