A gym setup works best, but a well-equipped home gym can also be great.

❓Will you tell me what weights to use?
YES. You’ll get clear guidance on choosing loads, pushing to the right intensity, and progressing each week.

Training hard and training effectively are NOT the same thing.

You can:
🔥 sweat
