Most women aren’t struggling because they’re unfit or unmotivated.

They’re struggling because they’ve been unknowingly held back by tiny mistakes that stall progress.

The most common ones?

1️⃣ Lifting weights that are too light

2️⃣ Stopping sets as soon as things feel uncomfortable

3️⃣ Letting speed replace control

4️⃣ Avoiding exercises that feel awkward

5️⃣ Doing random workouts with no progression

These are EASY to fix — and once you do?

💪🏼Your training transforms.
💪🏼Your results accelerate.
💪🏼Your confidence skyrockets

✨You’re capable of so much more than you think.

Want help correcting these so your training actually pays off? DM RESULTS.

Let’s clear this up:

Lifting heavy is NOT dangerous for women.

Not in your 30s.
Not in your 40s.
Not in your 50s.
Not beyond.

What is dangerous?

👉 Not lifting at all.

As we age, we naturally lose muscle and bone density — unless we train.

Strength training is how you protect your body, your confidence, and your independence.

Lifting heavy:
💪 strengthens bones
💪 protects joints
💪 improves posture
💪 boosts metabolism
💪 keeps you capable in everyday life
💪 builds unbelievable confidence

Women don’t need to shrink.
We need to get strong.
And strong women age differently. 💜

Want help lifting safely and confidently, I’ve got something new coming 🥳DM me the word STRONG and I’ll tell you all about it.

A little reminder today:
It doesn’t matter how old you are, how long it’s been, or where your fitness is right now…

it is NOT too late to get strong.
Strength isn’t reserved for the young.

Strength belongs to any woman who decides to build it.

Your future self will care far more about:
✨ how strong you feel
✨ how capable you are
✨ how confidently you move
✨ how well you age
…than she will about the number on the scale in 2025.

Strength training is NOT a January thing.
It’s NOT a “before holiday” thing.
It’s a forever thing —
a gift you give your future self.

Start now, so she gets to live well. 💜✨

If this was the reminder you needed, tell me.

If you’re in perimenopause and feel tired, overwhelmed or like your body suddenly has a mind of its own… you are NOT imagining it.

But here’s something incredibly empowering:
💜 Strength training is one of the BEST things you can do during this phase of life.

It helps you:
🔥 build muscle
🔥 support bone density
🔥 boost mood + energy
🔥 stabilise blood sugar
🔥 support metabolism
🔥 reduce joint pain
🔥 improve sleep
🔥 feel more grounded and capable

Perimenopause doesn’t mean losing strength — it means needing it more than ever.

Your body is asking for support, not punishment.

And building strength now sets you up to thrive for decades.

Your strongest years don’t have to be behind you.
They can be ahead of you. 💪💜

If you want help training confidently through perimenopause, I’ve got something coming…DM me the word STRONG and I’ll tell you about it.

December is FULL of disruption…
but that does not mean your progress is ruined.

You don’t need to be perfect.
You don’t need a flawless plan.
You don’t need strict routines.
You just need to keep going — imperfectly.

Consistency beats perfection, Every Single Time.

Missing a workout or eating differently for a few days won’t undo anything.

Progress isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about coming back.

Again and again. 💜✨

Save this for the days you feel like giving up.

Need support staying consistent?

Women are so good at taking care of everyone else…
and so bad at letting themselves come first.

But here’s the truth:

💜 Prioritising your strength is NOT selfish.

It gives you more energy, more resilience, more confidence, more capability —
which supports everyone around you.

Every time you train, you invest in a future where you can:
✨ lift your shopping with ease
✨ travel comfortably
✨ stay independent
✨ feel good in your body
✨ enjoy your life with fewer limitations

Your strength benefits you AND the people you love.

So don’t feel guilty for taking time to look after yourself.

It’s one of the most generous things you can do.

If you needed this reminder today, tell me and if you think another lovely lady needs reminding - do share it with her 💜

Other than doing the same exercise for half an hour 😝….here’s the simplest way to know if your weight is too light:

👉 If you could have done 5 more reps, it’s too light.

You should finish a working set thinking:
“Wow… I can feel that.”
Not:
“That was fine, what’s next?”

Choosing the right weight is less about numbers
and more about challenge.

A good working set should feel like a push — not a panic.
Safe but demanding.
Uncomfortable but empowering.

And once you start choosing weights that actually match your strength, your progress takes off. 💜💪

Save this as a reminder for your next training session.

I promise… I’m not evil. 😅

But watching someone push through a tough set, stay in it, and come out stronger on the other side?

That’s the good stuff. 💪💜

Because that “suffering” is temporary.

The strength, confidence and capability lasts far longer.

If you’re lifting but not really challenging yourself anymore — it might be time for a change.

Drop a 💪 if this made you laugh.

15/12/2025

If you’re going to the gym, lifting weights, putting the effort in… but still not seeing the changes you expected — you’re not alone💜

Most women work really hard.
But effort alone won’t move you forward.

To progress, you need:
📈 structure
📈 increasing challenge
📈 good form
📈 the right loading
📈 consistency

When your training has intention, everything shifts.
Strength increases. Confidence grows.
Your body starts responding.

You’re not lacking effort.
You’re lacking progression — and that’s something you can learn and implement quickly. 💜✨

Comment ME if this hits home.

If December feels chaotic and your routine isn’t perfect… breathe.

You don’t need a perfect week to make progress.

You need:
✨ 2–4 focused sessions
✨ A plan that fits your real life
✨ Exercises that actually matter
✨ Enough challenge to move you forward

Strength training should support your life — not stress you out.

And when you have structure that’s realistic and doable, everything becomes easier.

Busy women don’t need more pressure.

They need clarity, simplicity, and training that actually respects their schedule. 💜💪

How do YOU make it work?
