December is FULL of disruption…
but that does not mean your progress is ruined.

You don’t need to be perfect.
You don’t need a flawless plan.
You don’t need strict routines.
You just need to keep going — imperfectly.

Consistency beats perfection, Every Single Time.

Missing a workout or eating differently for a few days won’t undo anything.

Progress isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about coming back.

Again and again. 💜✨

Save this for the days you feel like giving up.

Need support staying consistent?

Women are so good at taking care of everyone else…
and so bad at letting themselves come first.

But here’s the truth:

💜 Prioritising your strength is NOT selfish.

It gives you more energy, more resilience, more confidence, more capability —
which supports everyone around you.

Every time you train, you invest in a future where you can:
✨ lift your shopping with ease
✨ travel comfortably
✨ stay independent
✨ feel good in your body
✨ enjoy your life with fewer limitations

Your strength benefits you AND the people you love.

So don’t feel guilty for taking time to look after yourself.

It’s one of the most generous things you can do.

Other than doing the same exercise for half an hour 😝….here’s the simplest way to know if your weight is too light:

👉 If you could have done 5 more reps, it’s too light.

You should finish a working set thinking:
“Wow… I can feel that.”
Not:
“That was fine, what’s next?”

Choosing the right weight is less about numbers
and more about challenge.

A good working set should feel like a push — not a panic.
Safe but demanding.
Uncomfortable but empowering.

And once you start choosing weights that actually match your strength, your progress takes off. 💜💪

Save this as a reminder for your next training session.

I promise… I’m not evil. 😅

But watching someone push through a tough set, stay in it, and come out stronger on the other side?

That’s the good stuff. 💪💜

Because that “suffering” is temporary.

The strength, confidence and capability lasts far longer.

If you’re lifting but not really challenging yourself anymore — it might be time for a change.

Drop a 💪 if this made you laugh.

If you’re going to the gym, lifting weights, putting the effort in… but still not seeing the changes you expected — you’re not alone💜

Most women work really hard.
But effort alone won’t move you forward.

To progress, you need:
📈 structure
📈 increasing challenge
📈 good form
📈 the right loading
📈 consistency

When your training has intention, everything shifts.
Strength increases. Confidence grows.
Your body starts responding.

You’re not lacking effort.
You’re lacking progression — and that’s something you can learn and implement quickly. 💜✨

Comment ME if this hits home.

If December feels chaotic and your routine isn’t perfect… breathe.

You don’t need a perfect week to make progress.

You need:
✨ 2–4 focused sessions
✨ A plan that fits your real life
✨ Exercises that actually matter
✨ Enough challenge to move you forward

Strength training should support your life — not stress you out.

And when you have structure that’s realistic and doable, everything becomes easier.

Busy women don’t need more pressure.

They need clarity, simplicity, and training that actually respects their schedule. 💜💪

How do YOU make it work?

Here’s something most women don’t realise:

❌ Feeling tired
❌ Getting a bit sweaty
❌ Putting in effort

…doesn’t automatically mean you’re training hard enough to create change.

Many women are lifting weights that are simply too light for their true strength.

Not because they’re lazy —
but because no one ever showed them how much they’re actually capable of.

A good working set should feel like this:
🔥 The last 2–3 reps take real focus
🔥 You’re slowing down
🔥 You’re challenging yourself
🔥 You couldn’t do another 5 reps if you tried

That’s when your body adapts.
That’s when you get stronger.
That’s when you see results.
And the best part?

You’re stronger than you think.
Way stronger. 💜💪

Tell me — do you think you’re lifting heavy enough?

If you’ve been training consistently but still feel like you should be seeing more progress… please hear this:

💜 You’re not doing anything wrong.

You’ve just never been taught how to progress your training properly.

Most women are told to “tone,” stay light, avoid pushing too hard, or stick to what feels comfortable.

But real strength? Real changes in your body?

👉 They come from intentional progression — not guesswork.

You deserve to feel strong, capable and confident in every session you do.

And if you’re putting in the effort but not getting the results you should be seeing…
it’s not a motivation problem.
It’s a programming problem.

And that’s fixable. 💪✨

💬 If this gave you a bit of relief… tell me below.

Not sure whether you should stretch, foam roll or grab the massage gun?

You’re definitely not alone — most people feel confused about which one does what! 🙋‍♀️

Here’s a super simple way to think about it 👇

🤸‍♀️ Stretching = lengthen the muscle + improve mobility
Perfect for flexibility and helping your body move better in everyday life.

💪 Foam rolling = reduce general tension + warm up bigger areas
Ideal before or after a workout when everything feels a bit tight or sluggish.

💆‍♀️ Massage gun = target specific “ouchy” spots
Great for deeper areas of tightness that need more focused attention.

And the truth is… most of us benefit from using a mix of all three depending on how we feel, what we’re training, and how much time we’ve got.

Cat and I break this down in MUCH more detail in this month’s newsletter — from how each tool works to when you should (and shouldn’t!) use them.

If you haven’t signed up yet but want December’s edition, you still can 💌

Just click the link in my bio or DM me the word NEWSLETTER and I’ll send it over.

Here’s to feeling looser, lighter and a little less knotted up this December ✨

I know how easy it is to get tunnel vision around the scales and feel like progress only “counts” if that number goes down.

💣But here’s the truth:
The closer you get to whatever number you thought mattered… the less you care about it.

Because by then, you start noticing all the other benefits that are FAR more important:

✨ feeling stronger
✨ having more energy
✨ moving with ease
✨ better balance & posture
✨ fewer aches
✨ feeling confident in your own skin
✨ being able to do the things you love
✨ staying independent as you age

And that’s what this whole thing is really about.

Being fitter isn’t a January thing.
It’s not a “before holiday” thing.
It’s a forever thing.

And 10 years from now, you won’t care what you weighed in 2025…
…but you will care that you built a body that supports your life.

A body that lets you:
💪 get up and down off the floor easily
🐾 keep up with kids, grandkids, dogs
🧳 carry your own suitcase
🛒 do your food shop without help
🪜 reach things, lift things, move things
🚶‍♀️ stay active, capable and independent

Your future self will be so grateful you started now.
Not because of a number on the scales…
…but because of how STRONG, capable and alive you feel — now and years down the line 💜✨
