Our Services
MMA enjoys long standing professional relationships with selected clients. The strategy is to continue with committed clients where there is a mutually beneficial partnership and a common vision in attracting and retaining the most appropriate candidates
The Healthcare providers we partner with are carefully chosen to ensure that our candidates receive training on their arrival and the UK as well as the best possible opportunities for career development. To achieve the successful and effective placement of candidates requires a holistic, multi-dimensional approach to the recruitment process. An approach that understands the needs of a candidate entering an unfamiliar working environment, an unfamiliar cultural environment, often experiencing an unfamiliar religious environment and often having to cope with an unfamiliar language! Support is crucial and this the MMA placed candidate will find in abundance. Dealing with the NMC, visas, work permits, embassies and airlines is usually a factor that discourages most people who aspire to work overseas. We understand this and therefore go the extra mile to make the whole process as easy and as undaunting as possible for the candidate. At MMA, our job does not end with the assessment, marketing and placement of the candidate in a suitable position. Our team is experienced in all aspects of travelling and working abroad and our knowledge and expertise are made available to the candidate. To join MMA's program you need to register via this link. Once you are on our programme one of our dedicated support workers will be in touch to answer all your questions and concerns. https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form?EQBCT=e93c56fc72d04ddfb8e11aa885cf9456

MEET THE TEAM: HEER — OUR CABIN ATTENDANT 🤗

Every safe flight depends on someone quietly making sure everything is in order — and at MMA, that person is Heer.

As one of our Cabin Attendants, Heer plays a vital role behind the scenes, ensuring compliance is in place, documents are aligned, and every journey meets the required standards before take-off.

Her most-used emoji is 🤗 — a perfect reflection of how she works: supportive, kind, and reassuring, even when the details matter most.

A phrase you’ll hear her say often is:
“Enjoy every little moment.”
A reminder she lives by, bringing calm and perspective to her work.

Her daily non-negotiables are music, prayer, and quality time with family — the things that keep her grounded.
In her bag right now? Lip balm and a bag — practical, prepared, and always ready.

And her current obsession? Seeing the Northern Lights ✨
Proof that while she’s meticulous with details, she’s also a dreamer at heart.

Caring, detail-focused, and quietly essential, Heer helps make sure every flight is safe, compliant, and ready for take-off.

Trust Talk Tuesday

Why “Not Yet” Is Sometimes the Right Answer

High demand does not override eligibility.

Even in shortage roles, candidates must still meet regulatory, professional, and legal requirements. When those aren’t in place yet, the safest answer is often not yet — not no, and not rush.

Saying “not yet”:

Protects candidates from refusals or bans

Prevents wasted time and cost

Preserves future opportunities

Rushing applications before someone is ready can close doors permanently.

Sometimes the most responsible guidance is to wait and prepare properly.

Happy Birthday, Elisma! ❤️

To someone who keeps things real, thoughtful, and quietly steady, even when your honest “I don’t know what to say now” says more than most words ever could.

May your day include good coffee, a few crossword clues that fall perfectly into place, familiar faces, and may your pepper spray be safely tucked away!
Thank you for the way you show up with consistency and care for the team

May you have a beautiful day - doing it your way🌟

🇬🇧 Fun Fact Friday
The UK loves a queue

Did you know?
Queuing is practically a cultural sport in the UK.
The rules are simple: join quietly, wait your turn, minimal eye contact.

Breaking the queue is a big deal.

On a scale of 1–10, how good are you at queuing?

MEET THE TEAM: DONAE OUR FLIGHT COORDINATOR 🤭

Behind every smooth journey is someone making sure all the pieces come together — and at MMA, that’s Donae.

As a Flight Coordinator in our sales team, Donae supports the journey from the ground up: helping connect people, keep things moving, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks as candidates and clients begin their take-off.

Her most-used emoji? 🤭 because laughter is part of her super-sunny-power.
Phrases you’ll hear on repeat: “Yeboooo!” and “You do you boo.” Pure good vibes only.

Her daily non-negotiable? Lip balm, always within reach.
In her bag right now: a mini giraffe keyring, small, cheerful, and full of character.

And her current obsession? Baby sea turtles 🐢
Tiny, determined, and bravely heading into the world ... much like the early stages of every great journey.

Bright, curious, and learning fast, Donae brings energy, heart, and momentum to the team, and this is only the beginning of her flight.

Trust Tuesday | Important NMC Update

We believe trust is built through clarity — especially when systems change.

The Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) has confirmed that NMC Online is being replaced by a new system called MyNMC.

Here’s what matters for you:

🔹 From 6 February 2026, you won’t be able to log in to NMC Online while the upgrade takes place
🔹 Any open applications must be submitted by 5 February 2026
🔹 Unsubmitted forms will not transfer and would need to be restarted once the new system goes live
🔹 You’ll be able to access submitted applications in MyNMC from 10 February 2026 (midday)

This change affects:
• Overseas registration applications
• UK registration applications
• Readmission & revalidation
• Recordable qualifications

During this period, some services (like setting up new Direct Debits) will also be temporarily unavailable.

💬 What this means for you:
If you’re currently in an NMC process, timing and accuracy matter more than ever. This isn’t something to rush — but it is something to be aware of.

As always, we’ll share updates when they’re real, verified, and helpful not just to fill the silence.

02/02/2026

Your journey matters too much for guesswork.
That’s why Melani shares weekly updates based only on real positions and real movement, not rumours, assumptions, or “maybe soon.”

Every Monday, she talks through what’s really available, what’s paused, and what hasn’t changed yet. Because honesty builds trust, and clarity helps you make better decisions for your future.

If there’s news, you’ll hear it. If there isn’t, we’ll say that too, and we’ll keep walking the journey with you.
