Tight calves and a grumpy Achilles can really hold you back. This simple Achilles Stretch is a game-changer for improving lower-body mobility and reducing that nagging stiffness.

How to do it:

• The Setup: Stand about a meter from a wall.

• The Lean: Lean into the wall, keeping your heels firmly on the ground.

• The Variation: If you need more of a stretch, turn your feet slightly inward.

• The Deep Stretch: To target deeper fibers, bend your knees slightly toward your toes as you lean in.

• The Hold: Maintain the stretch for 30 seconds.
