So… I’ve been working hard behind the scenes and finally got to grips with the template forms and I am trialing patient intake forms that are slightly more comprehensible…. I don’t usually like them as they are so generic and annoying to fill in but I’ve made them as easy as possible but with having all the necessary elements! Please provide feedback!

Excellent CPD on the neuroscience behind addiction! Really interesting and has linked with so much of my past training with ADHD/ASD! The key is CONNECTION and be HUMBLE 🥰 TOGETHER we have the frontal lobes to support each other!
