SianYoga I'm back teaching online. The Beginners Class is on Monday mornings at 0930AM and Intermediate is on Monday night at 7.00 PM and on Tuesdays at 0930AM.

Please go to www.sian.yoga.com for booking details. I’ve been practicing yoga for 25 years and have been qualified to teach yoga for 18 years. I trained in Austria, Thailand and London and now work with people on a 1:1 basis or in classes. I’ve also taught people from a wide range of companies - from the BBC, West Ham Football Club to St Barts Hospital. I’m half Japanese and half British and married with two school age boys. I have a passon for Ashtanga yoga and practice everyday. There's nothing like it for making me feel grounded and happier. ( That's how I always feel after my practice). Everyone is welcome to my classes ! Whether you're a complete novice, an advanced practitioner or just a little bit rusty. I can adjust the class to suit you. Similarly, if you're recovering from injuries or want to prevent them happening in the first place or need to increase mobility my classes will help. I take a particular interest in helping women during pregnancy.

It's all about the breath in yoga. Learning to breathe properly can slow the heart beat and lower blood pressure. Making it all about the breath in my classes means you can switch off and disengage from thoughts swirling around your head. The goal is to synchronise the breath with the movement but we can take things at a pace that suits you.
