We are hiring!
LV Scientific is a small privately owned and run business. We buy, sell, service, repair and relocate laboratory equipment and industrial assets. Items are sold within the UK and overseas, via online auctions and directly to visiting customers. We are located in Aldermaston to the west of Reading. It is an informal, fun and interesting work environment!
We are seeking CV’s from people who are happy to work in a small/close knit company whilst carrying out a variety of tasks in an ever evolving business.
Typical tasks will include:
-Packing and palletizing sold items for shipping
-Cleaning, tidying and organizing of equipment and premises.
-General maintenance
-Admin
-Manual handling
The ideal candidate must:
-Be friendly and polite and willing to communicate and interact with team members customers and contractors.
-Be prepared to travel and hold a clean full driving licence.
-Be prepared to adapt to new challenges.
-Be prepared to try and solve problems.
-Be happy to work in a team.
We are willing to consider full and part time positions for the right candidate and can offer generous holiday, Christmas shutdown, and competitive salary following a 3 month probation.
