Tonight we are doing a pregnancy massage. My daughter has bought her pregnancy pillow and this massage is done with her lying on her side. She has bought with her a Neals Yard pregnancy massage oil which I have warmed up. Massage pressure will be soft, no hacking, no cupping just a lovely relaxing massage at the end of a busy day. 😌

Beautiful Full Moon tonight. It is a super moon, it will appear 30 percent brighter because it is closer to earth. The official date is 7th October 25 but it might be too cloudy to see it.

My crystals 🔮 ♥️ are having a sun bathe in this beautiful, hot Autumnal day. I like to cleanse them with music 🎶, I hope they like it.

At night time the chime is tied up as it would wake the neighbours. It is very loud when the wind picks up. It has a magical sound. ✨️

Today we did a Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage for my husband who suffers with his shoulders. We worked 💪 on the upper back and scapula. We did some cupping too.

CRYSTALS
I have always been fascinated in crystals 🔮 because of there beauty and healing properties.

This weekend I joined a group of like minded souls, all on their unique journey in healing with crystals. It was a lovely group of ladies.

We learnt about chakras (energy centres), grounding, crystal layouts, pendulums, and grids. We used the pendulum to find blockages in our energy.

This event was organised by The Peace Tree.
I can highly recommend their workshops .
