GoPerform Sports Injury and Performance Centre GoPerform is a Sports Injury and Performance Centre in Reading. We look forward to working with you.

Our team worked together for several years as part of the first team staff at Reading FC. Between them they have over 30 years of experience working in Elite and Professional Sport for a variety of teams and organisations. GoPerform aims to bring this Elite Level of Athlete Support to the sporting population of Berkshire.

We are rested & ready to help with health & performance goals for all ages & stages of life! 📈

Our performance team (+ Heidi not pictured here) have lots of experience working with all types of people - if you are not sure where or how to start, you can come in (or video call) for an initial 20 min performance consultation (£Free with no obligation to join). We would love to help you in any way we can.

Sarah sat down with sleep expert & exercise physiologist Dr Sarah Gilchrist to discuss her new book "The Essential Guide to Women's Sleep" exploring women’s sleep across the life cycle, from adolescence to perimenopause, and how simple, pragmatic changes can transform daily energy, recovery & wellbeing. 

Sarah is a sleep and performance specialist who has been working in high performance sport since 1999. She saw a growing need for more resources around women's sleep and has written this excellent book described as: 

"..the perfect guide to navigate the complex and often overlooked relationship between women and sleep."

Our Story

GoPerform is a Sports Injury and Performance Centre in Reading. We work with individuals and groups of all ages and capabilities helping them to get strong, healthy, overcome injury and maximise their performance potential. Our multi-disciplinary team first worked together for several years at Reading FC and have decades of experience working across a range of professional sports. We are excited about bringing this joined up way of working to the wider public. Our services include Physiotherapy, Strength and Conditioning, Physiological Testing, Nutrition, Soft Tissue Therapy and Sports Massage. We offer various training programmes and rehabilitation packages to ensure the best outcomes. This is the first centre of it’s type in the UK.
