Sports Injury and Performance Centre GoPerform is a Sports Injury and Performance Centre in Reading. We look forward to working with you.

Our team worked together for several years as part of the first team staff at Reading FC. Between them they have over 30 years of experience working in Elite and Professional Sport for a variety of teams and organisations. GoPerform aims to bring this Elite Level of Athlete Support to the sporting population of Berkshire.

We enjoyed hosting an evening seminar with Fran Kirby last night for the and footballers.

Sarah and Fran unpacked all she has learnt along the journey so far, from to becoming an England & Chelsea legend! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿⚽

There were some excellent questions from all of the athletes & coaches in attendance.

Fran was incredibly generous with her time and we looking to sharing more content from the evening soon. 🙏🏼♥️

ROBBIE IS LEAVING US.. ✈️ 🇨🇦

Saturday will be Robbie's last day as a Performance Coach at GoPerform as he will soon be heading off to live in Canada.

His parting words:

"GoPerform has been a special chapter for me. Working alongside world-class practitioners has been a privilege, and the people I’ve worked with have become more than colleagues, athletes, clients, and patients; they’ve become friends.

I’m incredibly grateful for my time and will miss the fantastic community here."

Robbie, we are excited for you but equally sad to see you leave. We have loved working with you as a colleague and seeing what a brilliant coach you have become. You will forever be one of us, thanks for all you have done to move us forward.

Please feel free to leave any comments for Robbie below or give him a huge hug if you get to see him in person. What a guy.

Our Story

GoPerform is a Sports Injury and Performance Centre in Reading. We work with individuals and groups of all ages and capabilities helping them to get strong, healthy, overcome injury and maximise their performance potential. Our multi-disciplinary team first worked together for several years at Reading FC and have decades of experience working across a range of professional sports. We are excited about bringing this joined up way of working to the wider public. Our services include Physiotherapy, Strength and Conditioning, Physiological Testing, Nutrition, Soft Tissue Therapy and Sports Massage. We offer various training programmes and rehabilitation packages to ensure the best outcomes. This is the first centre of it’s type in the UK.
