I specialise in sports injuries, musculoskeletal pain and Wellbeing Coaching. I have worked as a chartered physiotherapist (Physical therapist) and run my own business for over 25 years. I love helping patients get their lives back, post-injury, whether that is getting back to their sport or rehabilitation post-surgery. I have always been interested in the mind and body connection, so I also offer Wellbeing sessions alongside my Physiotherapy treatments. The combination of mindset coaching with or without the hands-on approach is having some incredible results. Every day, stress causes a state of overwhelm, which then has a negative impact on the body. Physical symptoms, including headaches, insomnia, and gut problems, are often linked back to an emotional feeling. These Wellbeing sessions help unlock the underlying causes of the physical symptoms so we can treat the patient more holistically. I am currently working on my signature course called "Where the Magic Happens" This will help people realise that they have more control over their own physical and emotional behaviours. You can imagine feeling in a place of wellness, the magic inside of each, and everyone is realised. Think of that perfect summer’s day; I bet you felt empowered and magical then.
