Ché Bond is an inspiring and vibrant woman from South Africa with a profound love for the ocean and a deep-seated penchant for adventure. From an early age, she felt an intrinsic connection to nature, discovering that the soothing presence of water provided her with immense healing and inner tranquility. In the year 2000, Ché found her way to yoga during a period of uncertainty and search for purpose in her life. Initially, her yoga practice was centered on physical movement, offering her a sense of calm and equilibrium. However, as her journey progressed, she realized that yoga was much more than just poses; it became a powerful inward journey, allowing her to explore her mind and return to her true self. After welcoming her second daughter in 2013, Ché experienced a transformative realization—that her true calling was to share the beauty and depth of yoga with others. This epiphany led her to begin her training as a yoga teacher at a Buddhist center in London. Since then, Ché has dedicated her career to guiding others in finding their passion, gaining clarity, and seeking deeper meaning through the practices of yoga and meditation. Now based in Berkshire, UK, Ché teaches weekly classes in person and online, Evening & Day Retreats in Knowl Hill and Retreats abroad for adults from all backgrounds who are looking to discover and reclaim their inner power. Her sessions are filled not only with practical yoga techniques but also with rich philosophical insights that encourage students to embark on their own inward journey to uncover their truths. If you find yourself at a crossroads in life, Ché can help create the space need to identify what brings joy into life and facilitate the way forward. Ché passionately believes that the answers we seek are already within us, and through her teachings, she empowers individuals to navigate their inner landscapes, allowing them to discover their true passions and life's purpose.

🌟 Butter Bean Shakshuka - A Flavour Explosion! 🌟

Serving Size: 2

🛒 Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Clove Garlic, minced
- 1 Chilli
- 1 Red Pepper, chopped
- 200g Butter Beans, canned
- Chopped Tomatoes (1 can or 3 fresh)
- 1 Tbsp Cumin
- 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Ground Coriander
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Black Pepper
- 4 Large Eggs

🍳 Instructions:
1. Sauté onions until beautifully caramelised.
2. Add garlic and red peppers, then sprinkle in the spices and let them mingle for 1 minute on low heat.
3. Stir in chopped tomatoes and butter beans, season with salt and pepper, cover, and simmer on medium heat until thickened (about 10 mins).
4. Gently break eggs into the mixture, covering for 3 mins for soft yolks or 5 mins for firm ones.

🥣 Serve in bowls topped with creamy Greek yogurt, tangy sauerkraut, and a sprinkle of fresh parsley or chives.
