Pembroke Lodge provides a secure, relaxed and homely environment in which the care, comfort and well-being of our residents is of prime importance. Located in a quiet residential area, our twenty-bedded residential care home for the elderly is situated in the prestigious University area of Reading. It benefits from being close to a range of healthcare resources including the Royal Berkshire Hospital and is also close to the town centre.

We’re lighting up the evening on Thursday 7th November, 5–7pm with our spectacular fireworks display — starting promptly at 5:30pm!

Join us for a warm and cosy night filled with chili con carne, finger foods, and hot drinks, as we gather to enjoy the show and celebrate with our residents, families, and friends. ✨

🎃 Trick or Treat at Pembroke Lodge! 🍬👻

Our residents had a lovely surprise this Halloween when a very special little visitor came by to share sweets and smiles! It was wonderful to see so much laughter, joy, and connection across generations, the perfect way to brighten a spooky autumn day. 🧡

🎃 Halloween Fun at Pembroke Lodge! 👻

Our residents had a fantastic time getting into the Halloween spirit, carving pumpkins, decorating the home, and sharing plenty of laughs (and treats!). It’s wonderful to see so many smiles and creativity on display.
