Matt has been a key part of the coaching team at Gecko for the last 5 years.

When Teresa joined our strength & conditioning programme, let’s just say she wasn’t the strongest (full disclosure: she’ll happily tell you this herself!).

Fast forward to now, and here she is absolutely bossing Ironman Serbia, podium finish and all! 🏆

Through navigating injuries, sticking to sensible training, and most importantly, showing up with consistency, she’s proven what’s possible.
