The Grange is a family run independent care home in Goring, Reading, providing excellent 24-hour residential care in a warm and friendly environment with just 30 rooms, as well as caring for those living with dementia Situated on the riverbank of the Thames, The Grange is a forty-two bed care home for the active elderly in Goring-on-Thames, South Oxfordshire. The house is set in over ten acres of

beautiful landscape gardens with lovely meadows extending down to peaceful walks and the River Thames. It is an elegent listed former manor house having originally been built around 1880.

This afternoon our residents enjoyed spending time getting the patio summer-ready โ˜€๏ธ๐ŸŒธ

They worked hard clearing away weeds and planting flower seedlings for the bees ๐Ÿ, adding some lovely colour to our outdoor space. A couple of our residents also got wonderfully creative, making bright and cheerful wind wheels for the flowerpots ๐ŸŒท๐ŸŒˆ

Our residents enjoyed a traditional cream tea with freshly prepared scones, jam, and cream โ€” a real treat all round! โ˜•๐Ÿ“

A big highlight of the afternoon was a visit from Cameron Burne Actor - Singer - Performer, our wonderful entertainer, who had everyone smiling, singing along, and reminiscing to some fantastic tunes ๐ŸŽถ
