Hello Everyone,
Since the outbreak of Covid-19 we have reluctantly spent more time indoors than we have ever done. As a result, whether it be because of loneliness or isolation, most people’s mental health and well-being are being challenged. It has become increasingly important to seek out contact with others and engage in new activities. I’m going to suggest that even if you have not heard of it before, now would be a good time to venture out and seek the benefits of mindfulness.
